2. Product Descriptions, Handloom Characteristics & Colour Accuracy

  • Every saree listed on Svarnalaya includes accurate details regarding fabric composition, length, blouse piece inclusion, and wash care.
  • Colour Disclaimer: While we photograph our sarees under studio lighting to represent colours as accurately as possible, slight colour variations may occur due to differences in screen settings and brightness.
  • Handwoven & Zari Craftsmanship: For handloom and traditional woven sarees, minor variations in weave or motif placement are natural hallmarks of authentic craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Promotional Codes

  • All prices displayed on svarnalaya.com are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
  • Promotional codes (such as SVARNA10 for an extra 10% discount on prepaid orders) must be applied at checkout before completing payment.

4. Payments & Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

  • We accept secure online prepaid payments (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.
  • For COD orders, our support team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp (+91 62844 05612) to confirm your order prior to dispatch.

5. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by emailing hello@svarnalaya.com or calling/messaging +91 62844 05612. For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a 100% refund is initiated within 24–48 hours.
  • Once an order has been shipped, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
